Watan Investment and Securities Company requested the CMA’s approval to amend its business profile approved by CMA’s Board of Commissioners and decrease its capital.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the following:

1. Amending the business profile of Watan Investment and Securities Company to cancel Dealing as Principal, Agent, and Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Managing Client Portfolio and Custody activities. Watan Investment and Securities Company is now authorized to conduct: Arranging and Advising.

2. Decreasing capital of Watan Investment and Securities Company from SAR 162,000,000 to SAR 5,000,000.
