Based on the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations and the Board’s resolution in regard to the listed companies that fail to announce their financial statements during the specified periods and given that  Mohammad Al Mojil Group Company did not announce its preliminary financial statements for the period ending on 30/06/2012 during the period specified in the Listing Rules , CMA announces the suspension of trading the shares of Mohammad Al Mojil Group Company on Tadawul starting from Sunday 03/09/1433H corresponding to 22/07/2012 until it announces its preliminary financial statements for the period ending on 30/06/2012.

CMA also notes that this does not relieve the company from the violation imposed on all listed companies to announce their Annual Financial Statements during the specified period
