Following CMA Board’s resolution to suspend the trading shares of Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) starting from 01/04/2012 for failing to announce its annual financial statements for the year 2011 within the specified period. And since the company announced on 28/04/2012 its annual financial statements for the year 2011 and its initial statements for the period ending in 31/03/2012, the CMA Board has decided to lift the trading on the company’s shares starting from Sunday, 29/04/2012.
