The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 50,000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the National Agriculture Marketing Co. due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law and clause (E) of Article (26) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to prepare and review its annual financial statements for the period closing on 31/12/2011 in accordance with the accounting standards issued By the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants. It did not calculate and demonstrate the company’s share of the net profit or loss in its affiliate the National Company for Products of Fresh Fruits.
