An Announcement regarding the companies that did not announce its Annual Financial Statements for 2011

The Board has issued its resolution to oblige the listed companies that did not announce their Annual Financial Statements for 2011 during the specified period ending on 25/2/2012 according to clause (E) of Article (26) of the Listing Rules to announce their Annual Financial Statements for 2011 by the end of 31/3/2012.

These companies are: (Saudi Fisheries Co., Saudi Integrated Telecom Company, Allied Cooperative Insurance Group, Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company, and Al-Baha Investment & Development Co.)

In case any of the companies mentioned above failed to announce its Annual Financial Statements during this period, CMA will take the measures it sees fit to protect the investors and the market according to the Capital Market Rules and its Implementing Regulations.

CMA also notes that this does not relieve the companies mentioned above from the violation imposed on all listed companies to announce their Annual Financial Statements during the specified period according to clause (E) of Article (26) of the Listing Rules. CMA would take the necessary measures towards the violating companies.
