The Capital Market Authority announces the Board of Directors and Senior Executives Trading Restriction Periods according to Article (33) of the Listing Rules (before the amendment) as the following:

1-   For companies which their fiscal year period ends on 31/03/2012, the restriction period starts on 04/03/2012 and ends on the date of publishing the preliminary or final announcement of the company’s annual results.

2-   For companies which fiscal interim periods end on 31/03/2012, the restriction period starts on 18/03/2012 and ends on the date of publishing the announcement of the company’s interim results.
