The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of of SR 100.000 (One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. due to it’s violation of clause (C) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law. The news of its Capital increase was leaked to a website on 28/11/2011 before informing CMA and the public. It was later announced on 03/12/2011.
