Watheeqa Capital Company, requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (7-17-2007) dated on 21/03/1428H, corresponding 09/04/2009, to conduct the security business of Dealing as Agent, Principal and Underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 09/01/1433H, corresponding to 04/12/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization for Watheeqa Capital Company based on its request.
