SEDCO Capital Company, had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to amend its business profile which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (2009-12-6) dated 17/4/1430H, corresponding to 13/4/2009G, by Adding Dealing as Principal and as Underwriter activities.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today, Sunday 3/12/1432H, corresponding to 30/10/2011G, approving the amendment of the Business Profile of SEDCO Capital Company by Adding Dealing as Principal and as Underwriter activities. SEDCO Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal & Underwriter, Managing Client Portfolios, Managing Investment Funds, Arranging, Advising and Custody.
