A Reminder from CMA that the Board of Directors and Senior Executives Trading Restriction Periods according to Article (33) of the Listing Rules will be as the following:

1. For companies which their fiscal year period ends on 31/12/2011, the restriction period starts on 4/12/2011 and ends on the date of publishing the preliminary or final announcement of the company’s annual results.

2. For companies which fiscal interim periods end on 31/12/2011, the restriction period starts on 18/12/2011 and ends on the date of publishing the announcement of the company’s interim results.

3. For companies that follow the Hijri Calendar and which fiscal year period end on 30/1/1433 H corresponding 25/12/2011 (according to Umm Al-Qura Calendar), the restriction period starts on 17/1/1433 H corresponding 12/12/2011 and ends on the date of publishing the announcement of the company’s interim results.
