Osool Capital Company, had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to amend its business profile which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no.(5-38-2008) dated  26/11/1429H, corresponding to 24/11/2008G, by cancelling its Managing Investment Funds activity.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today, Sunday 11/11/1432H, corresponding to 9/10/2011G, approving the amendment of the Business Profile of Osool Capital Company by cancelling its Managing Investment Funds activity. Osool Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal & Agent, Managing Client Portfolios and Custody.
