CMA approves the Acquisition of SAIB BNP Paribas Asset Management Company by Alistithmar Capital, and amending business profile of Alistithmar Capital

Alistithmar Capital requested CMA’s approval to acquire assets of SAIB BNP Paribas Asset Management Company, and amend its business profile.

 

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today Sunday 27/10/1432H, corresponding to 25/09/2011G, approving the following:

1.    Acquisition of assets of SAIB BNP Paribas Asset Management Company by Alistithmar Capital.

2.    Amending the business profile of Alistithmar Capital to include Managing Investment Funds, Managing Client Portfolio, and Advising activities. Alistithmar Capital is now authorized to conduct: Dealing as Principal, Agent, and Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Managing Client Portfolio, Arranging, Advising and Custody.
