The CMA announces Herfy Food Services Company Initial Public Offering of 8,100,000 shares representing (30%) of the company`s total outstanding shares. Portion of the offered shares will be allocated for mutual funds. The company`s shares will be offered during the period from (25/1/1431)H to (2/2/1431)H, which corresponds to the period from (11/1/2010)G to (17/1/2010)G, once the book-building process is complete.
