CMA approves the change of name for A’ayan Capital, and amends its license

In continuing with its efforts to develop and support investors in the capital markets, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) had on Sunday 13/11/1430H corresponding to 1st November, 2009, approved the change of name for A’ayan Capital to Sidra Capital, and amended its license to include the security business of Dealing as principal, in addition to the activities of Dealing as underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody in the Securities Business.
