Under its resolution No. 3-26-2009, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued today Sunday 15/10/1430H corresponding to 4th of October 2009 its decision to amend the Business Profile of KSB Capital Group by canceling Dealing as an Agent Activity based on the Company’s request. KSB Capital Group is now authorized to conduct Dealing as a Principal& Underwriting, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody in the Securities Business.
