CMA licenses three firms in the Securities Business

In continuance with its efforts to develop and support investors in the capital markets, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) authorized the following firms on Sunday 25/08/1430H, corresponding to 16/08/2009:

 

 

1.       Ewaan Capital: authorized to conduct Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody in the Securities Business.

 

2.       Barclays Saudi Arabia: authorized to conduct Dealing as an Agent & Underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody.

 

3.       Societe Generale Saudi Arabia: authorized to conduct Dealing as an Agent, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody in the Securities Business.
