Prudential Jazirah Asset Management Company (under formation), has requested CMA to cancel the authorization which was issued by the Board of Commissioners by Resolution no.3-13-2008 dated on 23-3-1429H, corresponding to 31-3-2008, to conduct Managing, Advising and Custody.  And based on the Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated on 2/6/1424H, and the Authorized Persons Regulations issued by CMA Board of Commissioners on their Resolution No. 1-83-2005 dated on 21/5/1426H corresponding to 28th June, 2005, and based on Article 12c. of the same Regulations, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued today Monday 24/04/1430H corresponding to 20th April, 2009 the approval for cancellation of the Authorization of Prudential Jazirah Asset Management Company.
