The Capital Market Authority (CMA) licenses two firms

In continuance with its efforts to develop and support investors in the capital markets, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) authorized the following two firms on Monday 01/09/1429H, corresponding to September 1st, 2008:

 

1.       A’ayan Capital: authorized to conduct Dealing as Underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody in the Securities Business.

 

2.       Corporate Finance House Financial Consultancy: authorized to conduct Arranging, and Advising in the Securities Business.
