Acquisition of 25% shares of SAIB Asset Management Company by BNP PAM Group

CMA Board of Commissioners issued today Monday 24th of Shaban 1429H corresponding to 25th August 2008, its approval on the acquisition of 25% shares of SAIB Asset Management Company by BNP PAM Group, a company registered in France.  The CMA Board has also approved the re-naming of the company to SAIB BNP Paribas Asset Management Co. Ltd.
