The Capital Market Authority (CMA) licenses four firms

In continuance with its efforts to develop and support investors in the capital markets, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) authorized the following four firms on Monday 03/03/1429H, corresponding to 31st March, 2008:

 

1.       Prudential Jazira Asset Management: authorized to conduct Managing, Advising, and Custody in the Securities Business.

 

2.       Emaar Saudi Financial Services: authorized to conduct Dealing as agent, as principal, and underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody in the Securities Business.

 

3.       Addax Securities Saudi Arabia: authorized to conduct Dealing as agent, as principal, and underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody in the Securities Business.

 

4.       The National Investor Company: authorized to conduct Dealing as principal and underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody in the Securities Business.
