The Capital Market Authority has updated and amended these instructions in order to help Investment Fund Managers to fully comply with the provisions of the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations. This also aims to enhance transparency and disclosure in the Exchange and to assist investors to make their investment decisions based on complete and clear information. These Instructions define the fundamental elements that shall be included in all Investment Funds Announcements.
