The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 ( One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the CEO of Al Ahsa Development Co. due to his violation of clause (a) of Article (5) of the Market Conduct Regulations and CMA’s circular number (4/937/2010) and dated 15/02/1431H, 30/01/2010.
He announced some information and financial statements regarding the company to the media on 19/12/2010 before informing CMA and the public.
