The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Company for violation of sub- clause (22) of clause (b) of Article (27) of the Listing Rules.
The Board of Directors’ report ,attached with the annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2009, didn’t contain the statements mentioned in clause (22) referred to above.
