Based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces its approval to the amendment of the Business Profile requested by Tanmia Capital Company, to be authorized to conduct Arranging and Managing Investments and Operating Funds.
