Imposition of a penalty on Saudi Cable Company

The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 70.000 ( Seventy Thousand Saudi Riyals)  on Saudi Cable Company due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law as well as clause (A) and sub-clause (5) of  Article (25) of the Listing Rules Amended by the Resolution of the Board of the Capital Market Authority Number 2-128-2006 and dated 22/01/2006. 
The company failed to inform CMA and announce to the public the end of the working relationship of Saudi Arabia's head of operations in the company's administrative body on 15/01/2012 . It was later announced on 10/04/2013.
