Saudi Pioneers Securities Company has requested CMA to cancel the authorisation which was issued by the Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. No. 4-216-2006 dated on 11/11/1427H, corresponding to  2/12/2006 and Resolution No. 4-25-2008 dated on 4/7/1429H, corresponding 7/7/2008, to conduct securities business of Dealing as (principal, agent, and underwriter), Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody. ِBased on the Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree No. (M/30) on 2/6/1424H, and the Authorised Persons Regulations issued by CMA Board of Commissioners on their Resolution No. 1-83-2005 on 21/5/1426H corresponding to 28/6/2005, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued on 10/1/1431H, corresponding to 27/12/2009, under Resolution No. 7-33-2009, the approval for cancellation of the Authorisation of Saudi Pioneers Securities Company based on its request.
