The Capital Market Authority has invited the members of the Board of directors of listed companies in the Saudi Capital Market to participate in a second workshop titled “Duties and Responsibilities of Board of Directors’ Members”. It will be held in Jeddah on Monday, September 30th at Park Hyat Hotel.
CMA aims from these workshops to establish the best practices in Corporate Governance and develop the standards and principles related. This comes as part of its efforts to spread Corporate Governance awareness in listed companies.
