In December 2016, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) will hold workshops in Riyadh, Jeddah and Alkhobar, titled " Roles and Responsibilities of Board Members". The aim of these workshop is to raise the level of awareness among board members and listed companies. And It will be attended by more than 300 of board members and executives of listed companies.

The workshops will be divided among the three cities as the following; eight workshops will be in Riyadh (from 4 until 13 of December), Two in Jeddah (18 & 19 of December) and three in Alkhobar (from 25 until 27 of December).

These workshops are in line with the CMA's efforts to establish the best practices in the field of Corporate Governance among listed companies in the Capital Market.
