​The Capital Market Authority represented by the Listed Companies and Investment Products Deputy conducted a workshop today titled (Board Members' Roles Responsibilities) at the headquarters of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) in Riyadh.  Mr. Suliman Al-Gwaiz, Governor of GOSI was present at the workshop as well as a number of managers and representatives from various sectors of  the organization.

This workshop is part of CMA's continuous efforts to raise the awareness level among Board members of listed companies. It also emphasizes on the importance of the role of institutional investors in supporting and applying  sound governance practices that should enhance the level of institutional work and transparency and supports the regulatory entity for market participants.

The workshop addressed several topics including, The Corporate Governance Regulations, disclosure and electronic forms as well as the Companies Law.
