​The Capital Market Authority invited investors, interested parties and the public to provide their comments and observations on the draft of the amended Instructions for the Listed Companies Announcements, which is available on the CMA’s official website for a period of 30 calendar days, ending on 12/09/1439H corresponding to 27/05/2018G from the day of publication. The Authority assured that all received comments and observations will be taken in consideration for the purpose of adopting the final version of the Instructions.

The instructions for the Listed Companies announcements, issued by the CMA Board on 18/7/1427 H corresponding to 12/8/2006 and which were amended on 22/7/1438 H corresponding to 19/4/2017, set out the basic elements that must be provided in all companies' announcements Announced on the Saudi Stock Exchange website (Tadawul).

The draft of the Instructions for the Listed Companies Announcements aim to enhance the level of transparency and disclosure in the capital market, helping investors to make their investment decisions based on correct and adequate information, in addition to facilitating disclosure procedures for companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange, enabling them to comply with the disclosure provisions contained in the relevant implementing regulations, especially the continuing obligations stipulated in the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations and the Listing Rules issued by the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul).
