The Capital Market Authority (CMA) confirmed investors have the right to file complaints to CMA in case of facing frauds, manipulations or unfair practices during their trading.
It added that investors can complain about any dispute with the authorized persons as regards opening accounts or managing their portfolios or funds.
CMA said in a press release that it reviews the complaints and makes the necessary investigations to verify them before taking any relevant actions.
