​The Capital Market Authority has invited the members of the Board of directors of listed companies in the Saudi Capital Market to participate in a third workshop. This comes as part of its efforts to spread the culture and best practices of Corporate Governance in financial institutions related to the market.

The workshop titled “The Duties and Responsibilities of Board of Directors’ Members” will be held in Alkhobar Movenpick Hotel on Wednesday, September 11th. This will be the third governance workshop this year.

CMA aims from these workshops to establish the best practices in Corporate Governance related to the Corporate Governance rules and to activate the roles of the Board of directors.
