Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia Company had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 210,000,000 to SAR 300,000,000.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 23/8/1432H, corresponding to 24/7/2011, its resolution to approve the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 210,000,000 to SAR 300,000,000.
