The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution numbered (19-22-2011) and dated 24/07/1432H corresponding to 26/06/2011 to impose a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the Saudi Cable Company due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law, clauses (A) and (C) of Article (25) and clause (3) of Article (32)of the Listing Rules. The company delayed informing CMA and the public about the decision taken by its board of directors in the meeting held at Istanbul, Turkey between 25/04/2011 – 26/04/2011. It recommended paying out dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2010 by (7.5%) of the company’s capital which was announced later on 30/04/2011.
