CMA announces the approval of offering of investment funds

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued its resolution No. (8-19-2011) dated on 3/7/1432H, corresponding to 5/6/2011G involving its approval for SAMBA Capital & Investment Management Company to offer "Samba Capital Europe Equity Fund".
