The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 ( One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals)  on Al Ahlia Insurance Company for Cooperative Insurance for violation of sub- clause (11) of clause (b) of  Article (27) of the Listing Rules.  The Board of Directors’ report ,attached with the annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2009, does not reflect any interest ,options and subscription rights of the company’s Board members and executives.
