The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 (One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Al Baha Development and Investment Company due to it’s violation of clause (C) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law. The news of it’s acquisition of three companies was leaked to a website on 30/4/2010. The same news was announced by the company on Tadawul website on 9/5/2010.
