Based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces its approval to the amendment of the Business Profile requested by Awaed Alosool Capital, to be authorized to conduct Dealing, Managing Investments and Operating Funds, and Custody activities in the Securities Business.
