Based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces its approval to the amendment of the Business Profile requested by Greenstone Saudi Arabia LLC to be authorized to conduct Managing Investments and Operating Funds, Arranging and Advising activities in the Securities Business.
