​The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of (20,000) Twenty Thousand Saudi Riyals on Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. due to its violation of paragraph (10) of Article (62) of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations, where the company did not disclose to the Authority (CMA) and the public, immediately and without delay, of  a new material development by awarding a contract to Its benefits, with a value exceeding (5%) of its gross revenues within the statutory period- before the start of the trading period on 12/09/2021 G. -as the company did not disclose that on  the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) Company's website until 12/09/2021 G. -after the end of the trading period-.
