Based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, and reference to the announcement by the Capital Market Authority on 02/12/1441H corresponding to 23/07/2020, granting the approval for the Financial Technology Experimental Permit to Mekyal Financial Company, the Capital Market Authority announces its resolution to approve the request of Mekyal Financial Company to change its name to "Mekyal Financial Technologies Company"
