​With reference to the CMA announcement on 07/04/1441H corresponding to 04/12/2019G in relation to approving Sumou Real Estate Company's "the Company" application for the offering of (7,500,000) shares representing (30%) of the Company's share capital in the parallel market. The CMA would like to announce its approval on the company’s request of reducing the number of shares to be offered in the parallel market to (1,250,000) shares representing (5%) of the Company's share capital.
