​Saudi Venture Capital Investment Company has requested CMA approval to amend its business profile by cancelling the activities of Dealing as an Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Managing client portfolios and Custody.

CMA approved today the amendment of the Business Profile of Saudi Venture Capital Investment Company by cancelling the activities of Dealing as an Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Managing client portfolios and Custody. Saudi Venture Capital Investment is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal, Arranging and Advising activities in the securities business.
