​Sidra Capital Company has requested the approval to amend its business profile by adding Dealing as Agent activity.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued its resolution today approving the amendment of the Business Profile of  Sidra Capital Company by adding Dealing as Agent activity. Sidra Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal,  Agent and Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Managing Client Portfolios, Arranging, Advising and Custody activities in the securities business.
