​The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of (20,000) twenty thousand Saudi Riyals on Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co., due to its violation of paragraph (A) of article (34) of the Listing Rules and the instructions contained in the Electronic Disclosure Form No. (6). The Company failed to update the Electronic Disclosure Form No. (6), related to the end of business relation of the Company's CEO, within five business days from the end of his business relation.
