The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of 10,000 (Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Saudi Marketing Company (FARM Superstores) due to its violation of Paragraph (6) of Article (50) of the Corporate Governance Regulations. As the company did not notify the Authority of any changes to the Nominations and Remuneration Committee within five (5) days of the date of such changes, on 08/05/2017.
