​In reference to the CMA's announcement dated 25/05/1434 H corresponding to 06/04/2013 regarding the Suspension on trading Al-Baha Investment & Development Co’s shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and to the CMA's announcement dated 21/08/1434 H corresponding to 30/06/2013 regarding the continued suspension on trading Al-Baha Investment & Development Co’s shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) until the company rectifies  its financial position. And since the company announced on 15/08/1438 H corresponding to 11/05/2017 that its accumulated losses have been reduced to 15.7 percent of its capital, the CMA’s Board of Commissioners has issued its decision on 05/09/1438 H corresponding to 31/05/2017 to lift the suspension on trading the company’s shares starting from Sunday 09/09/1438H corresponding to 04/06/2017.
