With reference to the CMA announcement on 16/05/1438H corresponding to 13/02/2017G in relation to approving the prospectus of Thob Al-Aseel Company ("the Company") and the offering of (20%) of the Company's share capital, the CMA would like to announce its approval of the increase in the number of shares to be offered from 1,000,000 shares to 3,000,000 shares. This is a result of increasing the Company's capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 150,000,000 by capitalizing the amount of SAR 100,000,000.
