The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of SR 100,000 (one hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Bupa Arabia For Cooperative insurance, due to its violation of paragraph (c) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law; a piece of news was leaked on social media on 26/07/2016 containing data which are prohibited to be disclosed before providing the CMA with the same or announcing them.
