​In reference to CMA’s announcement on 2/11/1437H corresponding to 5/8/2016 regarding the suspension of trading the shares of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations company on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) starting from Sunday 4/11/1437H corresponding to 7/8/2016 due to the fact that the company announced its interim financial results for the fiscal period ending on 30/6/2016, was not reviewed by the external auditor who has not singed the interim report. And in reference to the company announcement on 6/3/1438H corresponding to 5/12/2016 its interim financial results for the fiscal period ending on 30/6/2016, and since the company has not yet announced its preliminary financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 30/9/2016.

And based on the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations and in order to protect investors and maintain a regulated market, the CMA Board issued its resolution to continue the suspension of trading the shares of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company until the company announces its preliminary financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 30/9/2016.
